What separates your business from the pack?
At AFS, we service for profits, nonprofits as well as individuals, we don’t just stick to one size or type of client. Our clients range in size from needing four hours per month to 40-plus hours per week of our combined services. We also provide a range of services to nonprofits including single audit preparation support, budget preparation, grant invoicing, fund accounting and much more.
Do you have a notable history in the Bay Area?
My history in Marin has spanned 49 years. My family moved to San Rafael Thanksgiving of 1974. I lived in Marin until 2022, when I moved to Petaluma to acquire farm property.
What are you doing to stay connected with your local community?
We are committed to staying connected with our local community and making a positive difference. We are providing pro bono services to individuals and organizations in need of financial assistance and serving on various boards as well as organizing donation drives.
