Facing an end to federal, state and local funding for emergency pandemic services, the San Francisco–Marin Food Bank will be reducing its pandemic-era services over the next two years, which includes closing all emergency pop-up pantries located across Marin and San Francisco by the end of June 2025. Nearly 25 pop-up pantries were opened locally after the pandemic began.
