The County of Marin and nonprofit Hello Housing have partnered to offer support services to Marin homeowners looking to add an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) to their property. Hello Housing’s program, HelloADU, is accepting applications from residents in unincorporated areas, and participating homeowners will receive a free feasibility assessment and project management support.
