What is it about your business that makes you a health and wellness expert?
Movement comes naturally for me and joy is my innate gift. My childhood grasp of movement paved the way for an early career as a professional ballerina. Following my graduation from Juilliard, I dedicated myself to training in The Nia Technique and the Tamalpa Life/Art Process, focusing on movement-based expressive arts therapy. I’m passionate about the deeply felt joy and wisdom we have access to through movement.

What is your unique approach to health?
I believe that once people give themselves permission to move in spontaneous and playful ways, health and wellness inevitably follow.

Why should clients consider you for their next wellness class?
My JoyLab Journey classes are FUN! Yet I have intentionally designed each section with specific  therapeutic goals. Clients leave my classes surprised that 45 minutes of movement can achieve more than countless hours of therapy. They report, and people notice, their inner glow lingering for hours, even days.
