This fall, a new program will allow card-carrying Marin County Free Library (MCFL) patrons to check out art created by local artists. The program, called On the Wall, will start in a handful of branches but eventually expand to all 10. “We think this is an innovative and exciting new way to give library cards new power, expand access to art for Marin residents, and provide direct support for local artists by purchasing and exhibiting their work,” says MCFL Director Lana Adlawan.
