I love the challenge of working with clients to help them prepare and stage their home — showcasing it in the best possible light and maximizing their return via the sale price. With buyers, I am cognizant that some are completely new to the process and others possess considerable experience. Tailoring my approach and advice to each is important in developing trust to ensure a positive experience.
