Taming the Inner Critic – A Group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Series

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to feel free of inner criticism? Evolve Mind Wellness in Sebastopol is offering a five-week ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) group on Taming the Inner Critic. In this workshop, we will work together to identify the critical voice we all have and learn how to reduce its influence in our choices and expressions. Although the critical voice can be a necessary and helpful part, when we are aligned too deeply with its fears our authentic voice is often silenced.

KAP is a breakthrough modality that helps people process trauma, alleviate anxiety and depression, and gain motivation to follow through on self-care habits that foster wellness. This group will meet for 5 consecutive Friday afternoons in Sebastopol starting July 7, and will include 3 psychedelic journeys with ketamine and time for integration.
