Olive Oil Sensory Seminar with Pablo Voitzuk

How would you know if the EVOO you’re using has off flavors? How do you identify flaws in olive oil? Why is there such a big price difference in olive oils?

Join us for this fun and informative half-day event: Learn from international Expert Pablo Voitzuk how to be fluent in the language of EVOO, just like the professionals. This is a rare and unique opportunity for an in-depth, curated tasting of select 2022 harvest olive oils from 15 international producers.

Pablo lives in Northern California and is a native of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He travels the world to consult with olive orchards and mills to help them improve the quality of their oils. His clients are in California, New Zealand, Portugal, Uruguay and Turkey. He studied this craft with Dr. Marco Mugelli in Tuscany and with Dr. Pietro Paolo Arca in Sardinia. He is also an esteemed judge for US and international Olive Oil Competitions. He currently teaches at the Olive Oil Program of the Olive Oil Times in New York City and London.
