Larkmead Vineyards Winemaker Dinner at Miller & Lux

Larkmead Vineyards winemaker Avery Heelan will host a wine masterclass at Tyler Florence’s San Francisco restaurant, Miller & Lux.

The evening will begin with a reception of 2021 Lillie Sauvignon Blanc paired with Caviar Brioche and a Dungeness Crab Tart. The first course pairs the 2015 Firebelle with Roasted Squab, followed by the 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon with Lobster Boudin Blanc in the second course. Dinner continues with the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon paired with Smoked Pastrami and concludes with the 2014 Solari alongside a Misa Glazed Wagyu Tomahawk.
