After two years of online-only performances, the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival is returning to San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park. On September 30 through October 2, the popular music festival will feature artists like Allison Russell, Las Cafeteras and Marcus Mumford. The event is free to the public and takes place at Hellman Hollow, Lindley Meadow and Marx Meadow
in San Francisco.
