The Caviar Co.’s second quarterly Caviar Masterclass takes place on June 29. This tasting event will be held at the Tiburon Champagne Lounge and covers a variety of pairings led by founder Petra Higby. There will be five varieties of caviar to try, accompanying canapes for each and three unique Champagnes.
