What is it about you that makes you a great choice for clients?
Our primary winning strategy is that we are good listeners. Everyone is buying or selling a home for a reason, and if you aren’t listening to your client, you can’t be effective. Each house has a story, and each client has their goals in mind. Because we’ve lived in Marin County forover 30 years, we have extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods in Marin and surrounding areas.
What sets your design approach apart when it comes to improving or staging property?
As interior design alumni of FIDM, we always apply our design experience when counseling clients regarding improvements and development potential on any property that they are buying or selling. We like to refer clients to architects whose work we respect; we are lucky to have so many in the Bay Area specializing in modern design.
What new services do you offer clients?
When getting ready to list their home, we have resources for clients to help them with organizing and donating unwanted items to local nonprofits around the Bay Area. One of our favorites is Make It Home. They do fantastic work for families in the Bay Area.
