Is there anything timely with your business?
We officially formed our nonprofit on July 4th, and it’s been amazing to see the positive impact that spending time with animals has had on so many people. We’re excited about the opportunities this nonprofit brings, especially as we aim to adopt more animals and witness the healing they inspire. Looking ahead, we’re eager to expand our services and host more events focused on adoption and creating spaces for personal healing and connection.
Is there anything new that you’re planning that our readers can look forward to?
We’re excited about our plans to rescue more animals, just like Cowboy. Some of these animals will be adoptable, offering people the opportunity to meet and bring them into their homes, while others will remain at the ranch to help create meaningful connections for visitors. We also need your support to make this possible. You can help by volunteering, donating food, partnering with us or contributing through our Chewy and Amazon wish lists. Every bit of support makes a difference in providing these animals with the care and love they deserve.
Is there any new community engagement your business has participated in you’d like readers to know about?
We’re excited to share that we’ve been hosting quarterly Farm Fest and Marketplace events. These gatherings bring our community together for fun activities, unique vendor opportunities and meaningful connections. Many of the vendors support our nonprofit mission and are eager to contribute to the farm’s growth. We’re also looking to expand our reach by collaborating with more local businesses and animal rescues. For example, Cowboy, one of our rescues, recently had a full eye exam at UC Davis, where he’ll also have his neutering done soon. These partnerships help us provide the best care for our animals while strengthening ties within our community.
