What is it about you that makes you a great choice for clients?
I have been living and selling the Sausalito floating home lifestyle since 1991. I know what life is like here, and by living it every day I can relate to the wants and needs of the clientele looking to make the waterfront lifestyle their reality. I also have a deep understanding of the nuances of owning a floating home, such as maintenance and the ability to design smaller spaces that are so characteristic of floating homes.
How are you disrupting your industry and thinking outside the box?
I take advantage of both a local and global approach. Locally, I work extensively with Marin publications and am deeply involved within the floating home community. Globally, I leverage Engel & Völkers international presence by working with and marketing to other advisors that are a part of our Engel & Völkers global network.
What unique services do you provide your clients?
Specializing in the waterfront, I often take my clients into my floating home and occasionally a ride on my Boston Whaler to view comparable properties. Providing an opportunity to see floating homes from the water offers a much more involved experience.
