What new innovation do you offer?
Senior move management is a new type of business. So many people I meet tell me they wish they had known that it existed when they were going through a difficult move, either for themselves or for family members. We fill the need for people who need or want some help with their complicated projects: downsizing, moving, or just getting organized.
How are you thinking outside the box?
We find ways to make people’s lives better by improving where they live, either in their existing homes or in new homes. Often, we find that their belongings are obstacles for them, and we facilitate letting those items go. We’re creative about finding ways to repurpose those items and have been very successful in keeping much of that out of the landfill.
