What makes you a trailblazer?
In my business, it is important to think outside the box and recognize market trends early and get in front of them, which ultimately benefits my clients. I mine the data and keep in close contact with the rest of the brokerage community as well as other visionaries in other industries. This has also allowed me to sell a significant percentage of homes “off-market” for the past 25 years, enabling my clients to obtain some of the most iconic trophy properties in Marin.

How do you raise the bar and offer your clients or customers the ultimate in customer service?
I run my business as a full concierge service for all my clients, each client is treated the same in this respect. I recognize how busy my clients are, so it is imperative that the process is seamless and not stressful. Every detail matters and I do whatever it takes to help them obtain their goals.

Do you or your business have a unique or notable history in the Bay Area?
Moseley & Co. is one of the oldest brokerages in Marin County, and represents three generations of buying, selling and developing Bay Area real estate. We were established in Tiburon in 1956 and our roots can be traced back to Marin County in 1906.
