Mindful Connections A Mindfulness, Meditation, and Reiki Workshop for You and Your Child

As a loving parent or caregiver, you always want what’s best for your child. And while it’s important to encourage their passions and interests, it’s equally essential to take time to connect with them on a deeper level. This workshop is designed to strengthen the bond between you and your child while promoting well-being and peace in your home.
