Get Vocal: A Voicetrax 35th Anniversary Celebration

Voicetrax San Francisco, the largest and only voice-over academy of its kind in the nation, will present a community event in Sausalito, “Get Vocal: A Voicetrax 35th Anniversary Celebration” on Sunday, September 17, from 11 am-5 pm in the Voicetrax studios on 1207 D Bridgeway.

Free and open to the public, this Voicetrax Open House event is for anyone interested in learning more about the multi-billion dollar voice-over industry as a career path, side gig, or hobby—providing the chance for people to stand in a real sound booth and record any genre of voice-over that they are interested in, including commercial, narration, video games, cartoons, audiobooks, promos, and more.

“Get Vocal” is hosted by Voicetrax founder Samantha Paris, a multiple award-winning voice actor, educator, coach, author, and Marin entrepreneur, who has trained more than 15,000 aspiring and working voice actors in the Bay Area, Southern California, and other locales since 1988. A variety of Voicetrax guest directors and voice-over instructors will be present to answer questions, guide the sessions, and facilitate participants’ recordings.
