What is your unique approach to yoga that sets you apart?
We created Metta Yoga and Cloudbreak Yoga to bring boutique, community-focused yoga studios to Marin that are dynamic and creative, yet still deeply rooted in yoga tradition. Metta Yoga offers a truly diverse set of teachers and class environments to meet everyone where they are … from Steady and heated Fiery Flow offerings to Flow and Restore and Candlelight Yin classes.

Are there any new classes that clients should be aware of?
We are always looking for innovative ways to support our local community. In Summer 2023, we opened Metta Mama, a yoga community to support new and expecting mothers and families. Metta Mama offers prenatal yoga and postnatal mom+baby yoga classes daily in San Rafael, along with a kids’ yoga series.

What new service do you offer?
We offer multiple special events every weekend, including Crystal Bowl Sound Baths, Live DJ Yoga classes, Yoga Therapeutics, Reiki + Restorative and more. Our special events take our offerings to the next level.

What do you want people to know about your business?
We are local women-owned-and operated. Our mission is to create community in beautiful yoga spaces. We hope to meet you on the mat soon!
